MA-SA is not a cattle producer, a Wagyu brand or a meat wholesaler. Nor are we an exporter whose role ends when a shipment leaves Japan.

Our work focuses on the business that begins after Wagyu reaches its destination market.

Which products should be developed from each cut? How should costs and selling prices be set? How should processing yield, inventory, quality and work procedures be managed? MA-SA addresses these post-arrival issues through assessment, business and operational design, field implementation, technical training and follow-up review.

Local operators remain responsible for day-to-day sales, store operations and quality control. MA-SA supports them by developing the product plans, standards, procedures, training and evaluation methods required for consistent execution.
